Place to RAGE

There were 3 of us booked for the rage room. The online booking stated that we got 3 premium, 3 medium, and an assortment of small items to break. The room was only set up with 1 of each of the larger items. I went and asked for her to bring the rest of them, but she only brought 1 more of each. Also, the previous items that had been broken were all pushed against one wall, leaving only 2/3 of the small room available to us. It would have been more fun with more space.

Fun, cool spot!

We booked an hour for our first time axe throwing! It was good clean fun! The employees were really kind and informative/helpful! Would definitely come back

Family friendly

Really nice staff and a fun time all around! Went with my husband and two kids 12 and 10, so family friendly. Would come back!

Great place to have fun

We were here 2 times this week - one time we got together with friends, one for our company get together - they have a small party area with tables in the back ; it’s BYOB - you can bring drinks (there’s a liquor store next door), food etc ; we booked for 1-1/2 hours and because it was not crowded they let us stay longer - as a business owner I appreciate them being flexible ; very welcoming and friendly staff ; I would recommend for family/ friends / events etc get together - fun for everyone and all ages

Great family fun

We went in as a family of five with a 13 year-old, 10-year-old, and six-year-old. We had purchased a one hour ax throwing session. Although none of us were very good, we still had a wonderful time at the Burr Ridge IL location. They were kind enough to give us smaller axes for the kids. Everyone was so nice and the music was fantastic.

Disappointed

Made a reservation and didn’t get into the rage room until almost 30mins after my scheduled time. The connection in the building is terrible and you can’t sync to their guest WiFi and the Bluetooth speaker was unable to pick up my phone so we had to use my phone directly just to play music while we raged. They only have one room so you run the risk of them running behind and having to wait which I didn not like at all. It was a great experience but I won’t be back to this location.

Mixed Experience

I recently visited Chicago from California and was excited to finally try axe throwing with my friends. Unfortunately, our experience started off on a sour note due to the lack of friendliness and clarity from the staff member assisting us, Steve. When we arrived, Steve pointed us toward a waiver without a proper greeting or any sense of enthusiasm. He spoke so quietly during instructions that it was hard to hear, and we were left confused about whether we were supposed to pay upfront or at the end. When we were finally set up at our station, we were unsure how to operate the equipment and asked for help. Steve’s initial response felt dismissive, as if it was unreasonable for us not to already know what to do. I had to remind him, for the second time, that this was our first time trying axe throwing. To his credit, Steve did eventually become slightly more helpful, and we were able to enjoy the activity itself, which turned out to be a lot of fun. However, his cold demeanor returned at the end when he barely acknowledged our question about paying with a nod. Overall, the axe throwing experience was enjoyable, but the lack of warmth and professionalism from Steve dampened the visit. With better customer service, this place could have earned a glowing review.

Such a blast!

Brought my girlfriend here as her Christmas present. We did 30 min Axe throwing + 30 min Rage Room - she absolutely loved it!! I really enjoyed it too. Would highly recommend. Staff was very attentive and efficient at their jobs. Very impressed. 10/10 would recommend
