Father Christmas Meet and Greet Saturday 26th October 2024
By booking your session and making payment of the booking fee you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. Please do not book your session if you are not in full agreement.
Terms and Conditions
Meet and Greet sessions will run at 15 minute intervals and last for 10 minutes in total on the 26th of October ONLY.
Please arrive at the studio at your allocated start time. Please ensure children are dressed with clean faces ready to meet Father Christmas. If you arrive late for your session we may not be able to accommodate you. Your booking fee will not be refunded.
Only children from the same household will be able to attend a single session. Extended family such as cousins will not be able to attend the same booking. If you would like to bring along another family there will need to be two consecutive session spaces reserved. This will allow each family to have their own time with Father Christmas and both families together too.
The meet and greet is £16 for a single family. This is the cost of your booking fee which is non refundable should you cancel.
The session fee is to meet Father Christmas and receive a little gift. There is no photo included. Packages and products available from £65. If booking more than one space the package pricing is for each individual space.
Children should wear traditional Christmas clothing where possible to best fit the scene.
Your images will be sent via online gallery within a week of your meet and greet appointment. All orders must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the link to your gallery.
After 7 days all unpurchased images will be deleted. Alternatively you can pay for storage at £49.

£99 includes;
30 minutes in the studio andThree digital images suitable for printing up to 10x8 inches and sharing on social media.Free 16x12 wall size print if booked before the 31st JanIf you baby hasn't yet arrived please book a date around two weeks after your due date.
Choose beforehand from a pink, blue or neutral set.
We will pose baby either in a side lay position or on their tummy if they are sleepy and your three images will include;
One front image full body
One above image full body
One close up of face
If your baby is awake posing may not be possible but awake images are equally as beautiful!
£20 non refundable booking fee to secure your space. The remaining £79 is due on the day of the photoshoot
Your digital images will be delivered via download link within 7 days.

EASTER MINI SESSIONS
Easter Mini's are live!
Spring is nearly here and Easter is just around the corner. These mini sessions are the perfect opportunity to update your little ones portraits with sweet themed images. Mini sessions differ to our normal sessions in that they are shorter and have no session fee but we still have lots of fun and capture those gorgeous smiles!
There are three packages to choose from to suit all budgets and your £5 booking fee is deducted from the price. Payment for your desired package is due at the session.
One digital image -£39Three digital images - £59All your digital images £99Option to upgrade to include prints, frames or wall art.Please bring children dressed and ready for the photoshoot. Parents are welcome to get in on the photographs too.
Payment for your chosen package is due at the photoshoot. Only children from the same household may attend one photoshoot. If you would like to incorporate cousins please get in touch for a bespoke package.
If you are late for your photoshoot we may not be able to accommodate you and your booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel or fail to attend your booking fee is non refundable.
