About the company

High-Risk Training:Individuals performing high-risk tasks (non-administrative) must attend a leader-led orientation course. ALL ATTENDEES MUST be able to READ AND SPEAK English. Classes are held daily, Monday through Friday, starting at 8 AM at the Manufacturing and Quality Learning Center (MQLC) located at 2301 Executive Dr. 46221. Each class lasts approximately 4 hours.Registration is required for all attendees, use link above.Note: Transportation will not be provided. Please coordinate with your company or supervisor to ensure transportation to and from the training if needed.Hot Work Training:Those completing Hot Work must take the leader-led classes in addition to the high-risk training.Hot Work training will be conducted immediately following the high-risk training.API Training:New hires needing access to any of the API buildings (insulin manufacturing) must complete the API training.Badging Requirements:BADGING**Contract Employee MUST bring the following to receive a badge:• Government issued ID, • STAMPED training email confirmation• PRINTED and signed Attestation form signed by your company.
