Heather Powell, LMT, graduated from Pima Community College from the Northwest TMA program in 2023. Her primary goal is to assist her clients to live freely with full movement and without pain in their bodies using different approaches to meet their goals. She is proficient in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Deep Pressure, and Aromatherapy. She hopes to add reflexology, trigger point therapy, hot stones, and cupping to her expertise list soon. She understands the power of nurturing care and touch to help keep the body, mind, and soul connected. In her spare time she can be found dancing, painting, DIY projects, having adventures out in nature, being inspired by the Sonoran desert, and being with friends and family.
