Most of us already know on some level what we came here to achieve but it may not be so clear to you consciously.
Realizing your core life purpose is a huge lifetime achievement and is one definition of being ‘enlightened’. True joy comes when your thoughts and actions are fully aligned with your core life purpose. Then any and all obstacles are more easily overcome because your focus and determination is so much greater than before.
The sankalpa allows you to streamline all of your inner resources so that your body, mind and soul are all working together in harmony.
The process looks like this:1) First session: Discuss your unique strengths and talents, your ideals and visions, as well as helping you to become clear on your spiritual destiny (chart analysis and personal discussion is used).
2) Second session: A complete yoga nidra session is developed from our previous session together, empowering you to become even more clear on your sankalpa and develop the feeling/emotion that is behind it.
3) Third session: We work together to develop your sankalpa and refine the actual wording so that it motivates you to action and begins fueling your total transformation immediately!
