***** Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation in Colorado and for the health and safety of you and our staff, our facility will re-open for customer pickups, but with the following restrictions:Contactless customer pickups are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.Only appointments previously scheduled through the simplybook.me website will be accepted.No walk-ins or last minute add-on items will be accepted.Customers will need to park in the right lane and either call (719) 785-9233 or press (hold for 2-3 seconds) the yellow customer service button located outside to notify our staff that you have arrived.All customers must remain in their vehicles until after our staff has brought out your items.All customers are required to wear face masks.At this time, our staff will not be available to assist loading merchandise.Thank you for your support and understanding. Customer messages are processed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mountain Time. We strive to respond to all customer messages within 48 hours. Please remember that we are not available on weekends or major holidays. You can also consult the "Help" section of ShopGoodwill.com.Policies:Items selected for pick up must be picked up within fourteen (14) days from close of auction. Items not picked up within fourteen (14) days from close of auction will be resold with no further notice, and the payment will be considered a charitable contribution.Same-day appointments and walk-ins are not available.Payments: Orders must be paid for online prior to being picked up. We do not, under any circumstances, accept payment in-person, and do not accept cash, check, or money order payments. If you accidentally pay for a shipping charge with an item you want to pick up, contact us as soon as possible. In most circumstances, we can stop the shipping process and refund the shipping charge.We cannot provide or assist with the following: Transportation for items; assistance loading large items into vehicles; packaging for any items, even fragile ones. Please bring your own supplies if you believe any of these things are needed.We do not make any exceptions to our 14 day pick up policy for items that you find are too large to fit into your vehicle at the time of pick up. Please plan accordingly as you may find there are no open appointments for you to re-schedule to.Late arrivals: We will still serve customers who are up to 15 minutes late for their appointments. After 15 minutes, the appointment will need to be re-scheduled. Re-schedules must be done within the same 14 day window from the time the auction ended.Cancellations or missed appointments: Appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel or miss an appointment and want to re-schedule a new one, the new appointment must still fall within the same 14 day window from the time the auction you are picking up ended.Inclement weather: In very rare circumstances, our facility may be shut down on weekdays with severe inclement weather. On these days, we may be required to cancel all appointments already scheduled for that day. Automatic e-mail notifications will be sent out for all cancellations. We will contact customers whose appointments are cancelled as early as possible to re-schedule. We may also close all appointment slots for a day if we are aware of possible severe weather ahead of time.Our location: Discover Goodwill of Southern and Western Colorado 1460 West Garden of the Gods RoadColorado Springs, CO 80907The online facility is located at the main building, adjacent to the donation drop off, at the northeast side of the property.Park in the far lane of the Donation Drop.Let the attendant know you are picking up a purchased item from online.
