Completely Misleading service provider!
Subject: Dissatisfaction with Overpriced and Dishonest Service Dear Dunnies braiding, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your company. I paid over $300 for "small" box braids. I believe the service service I was provided was worth no more than $150, at best! I was told parts would be squared. All parts are completely disorganized and not square, at all. I May have medium sized in the front, however the braids in the back are jumbo. If you believed that I needed to pay extra to receive the style I booked, that should have been discussed beforehand. Or explained on your website. If you were not in the mood to provide the service correctly, again you could have expressed that before. I am deeply disappointed by your dishonesty in the matter. I confirmed with you before payment ,that these were small in size and $300. You stated, yes! I am not one to argue with service providers, because I am respectful. So after you confirmed. I sent payment, and gave a cash $20 tip. Because you claim to be a woman of God, I believe he laid it on my heart to express this disheartening experience with you.
