About the company
**EQUINE FLU UPDATE** ALL FACILITIES REMAIN OPEN. WE SIMPLY ASK ALL CLIENTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN BIOSECURITY AND ENSURE VACCINATIONS ARE UP TO DATE IN LINE WITH BEF RECOMMENDATIONS. THERE ARE NO RESIDENT HORSES (EXPECT FOR A COUPLE OF RETIREES)
We want your visit to Ely Eventing Centre to be productive and enjoyable and we look forward to welcoming you. For this reason we limit bookings to 8 horses per hour.
Please be aware that the schooling course will be closed at times during May/June, July and September for our British Eventing horse trials.

Winter Training Series
Athletic Horse Winter Training Series - Developing the event horse as an athlete
This series aims to develop the athletic ability of horses to enable them to work confidently over fixed cross-country fences and over uneven ground.
All levels of training can be accommodated including those with little cross-country experience, to those aiming to compete at the opening event of the season (Poplar Park) in March.
Arena sessions will take place in the 60x30m arena at Fodder Fen Farm (next door) by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Tony Ure. All vehicles will be parked on the hardstanding at Ely Eventing Centre. Please allow 10-mins to hack down the drive and use the main driveway to Fodder Fen Farm to access the arena.
Groups will be determined by ability and will start from 10am. Times issued during week before clinic. Maximum of 4 riders in each group.
Arena sessions - £30 per person
XC session - £60 per person inc course hire. Priority booking for those attending arena sessions
Advance booking of all 4 sessions - £125 per person.

- Price includes 1 bales of Sundown Bedding (chopped Rapeseed Straw)
- Stables will be disinfected and left with clean bedding prior to Day 1.
- Stables available from 5pm on date of booking and must be completely mucked out and vacated by 5pm the next day.
- £20 of the stabling fee will be refunded upon the stables being left clean and tidy.
- Competitors are not permitted to bring their own bedding. Additional bags of bedding can be purchased onsite if required.
- Competitors need to present their passports to the Stables Manager on arrival. These can be collect prior to departure and upon stables being checked.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations after the 21st September, unless your stable is re-booked
To book more than one stable per night please select from the 'Participants count' drop down list.
Please note that hook up is not available at Little Downham and there is no power to the stable block. Competitors will need to bring a torch for late arrivals.
