Meeting Room Booking Process - Please ReadThis site is for meeting room bookings for EMEA / ESO KOL engagement during EHA 2025. There are currently 2 private meeting rooms and 1 semi-private room at the congress centre and 6 private meeting rooms located at the Radisson Blu, please ensure you check the capacity and suitability of each room before booking.All the meeting rooms and spaces at the Radisson Blu include water and coffee. Tea, coffee and water will be provided outside the congress meeting rooms.Meetings over 1 hour are not permitted. If you have not vacated the meeting room at your pre-defined time, you will be interrupted by a knock at the door and asked to vacate immediately.Please leave the meeting room tidy and remove any rubbish upon your departure. By booking a meeting via this website, you agree to the following T&C's: I understand that my details, name, telephone number and e-mail address will be shared with suppliers in order for logistical arrangements to be made on my behalf for the purposes of my attendance at this meeting to be held in Milan. I understand that should I request for all or some of my details to be deleted, after this meeting, that I should contact jnj@emota-experiences.com and my details will be removed within 30 days.
