Hello, I’m Indyah, welcome to my booking page. I’m located in Columbus, Ohio and I am excited to work with everyone who chooses to come to everything beauty for my services. Thank you for booking with me and allowing me to provide my skills to you. Please READ through these FAQ’s and policy’s BEFORE booking.

POLICIES :

Cancellation policy: All clients would need to cancel 24 hours ahead of time with no penalty. This will make your $10 deposit %100 refundable. No call no shows would result in no longer being able to book with me and you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit. Any same day cancellations would also result in not being eligible for your refund of your deposit. So please make sure you are canceling and rescheduling as soon as you find out you no longer can come.

Late policy: All clients will have a 15-minute grace period. Anything after that grace period can result in a cancellation and you will have to reschedule your appointment. It is strongly suggested that all clients are making the effort to be on time for their scheduled appointments. Deposits will NOT be refundable if you are more than 15mins late and don’t reschedule or communicate any changes. This can result in a no call no show and will be treated as such.

Deposit policy: All appointments will require a $10 deposit and will be used towards your total at the end of your appointment. For example, if your style is $30 you will owe $20 at the time of your appointment. If you do not follow the cancellation and late policy correctly your deposit will not be refunded.!!!

Golden rules: Absolutely NO DRAMA. No extra people. Please communicate any changes. And SMILE :)

FAQ’S:

Do you charge extra for wash?

No, wash services are included with all styles. You do not have to come prewashed unless that is your choice. This is not a “come washed and blow dried straight” service. I am here to provide that for you.

What if I’m running late?

I get it, things happen. But to ensure I am providing the best service to my clients; all clients will have a 15-minute grace period. Anything after that grace period can result in a cancellation and you will have to reschedule your appointment.

I received a discount special. How long do I have to use it on my next styles?

All clients who receive a discount has 3 months to use it. After 3 months it is NOT valid, and you will be charged normal prices

Can I bring my kids?

Kids are NOT permitted inside the workspace. To ensure that I am providing the best service to my clients and working in a timely manner, bringing kids would not be appropriate.

What payments do you accept?

I accept cash app, apple pay, chime, cash and zelle, pay pal

What if I need to cancel?

All clients would need to cancel 24 hours ahead of time with no penalty. If you do not follow the policies correctly that can result in your deposit not being refunded if you need to cancel.

Do you provide hair?

I do not provide hair. All clients are responsible for providing their own hair and hair accessories.

Are deposits refundable?

In the event that I have cancelled your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refundable for the inconvenience. All clients who do not follow the proper cancellation policy and late policy will NOT be eligible for a refund of their $10 deposit.

How do I cancel?

You can text me (614-682-9359) or dm me on Instagram (@everythingbeautybyindyah_x) your name and day/time of your appointment. If you have followed the cancellation policy correctly, I will refund you the deposit you made at the time of the booking.

Where are you located?

I am located on the north side of Columbus, Ohio. You will receive a text message with my location after booking your appointment. Please make sure you are providing the correct number when booking so all information is being communicated properly. if you fail to provide the correct number, it will be YOUR responsibility to reach out to me via text message or on my Instagram page.
