Squash Court Rules and Regulations

Only non-marking soles (indoor shoes/ court shoes/ squash shoes) are allowed.Please ensure your shoes are clean and dirt free before entering the court. Food and gum are not permitted on the squash court at any time. Use of the squash court shall be on bookings only.Players are required to ensure the lights are switched off when exiting the court.Players are required to ensure the squash court is locked and key handed in.Players are required to ensure the squash court is clean after a game.


Failure to follow these rules may result in your booking and future bookings being cancelled / not accepted.

Squash Keys

The keys to the squash court are available within the security box within the guard house. Residents need to request the security box code from service@landsdowne.co.za. While leaving you need to return the key to the security box and ensure the security box is locked securely. 


The squash court shall be managed and maintained by the supervisor appointed by Exco. Exco may from time to time make rules regarding the use of the squash court, which rules shall be approved by Owners as part of the Conduct Rules.
