FREE if you have the Kroger Prescription Plan (KPP)! You must present card at time of service.
If you do not have the Kroger Prescription Plan (KPP): $40 for the (Quadrivalent) flu shot, $60 for the high dose flu shot. Cash or check only!
*All clinics are in Room 7 of MO2 (in the hallway between MO1 and MO2)*

The flu clinic will be held in the Conference Center this year. FREE if you have the Kroger Prescription Plan (KPP). You must present card at time of service. Family members with KPP insurance are welcome as well, but each individual must sign up for their own time slot.
