This session includes a somatic (embodied) meditation at the beginning. This is to empower you to become more embodied as you go forwards, allowing emotions to be fully felt when they arise, and to therefore flow through you, rather than continue to be trapped. It also includes a longer Reiki healing at the end, a deeply relaxing and calming energy, sending unconditional love and universal life force to all areas of your body.
This session is performed via Zoom, Phone or Email. If your session is by email, there is no meditation so you simply receive more releases (if the body allows) and more reiki at the end.
