This class is designed to give you knowledge and skills in the following areas: Safe Gun Handling; Basic Handgun Knowledge; Mental Awareness and The Defensive Mindset; Avoiding Confrontation; Responding to an Attack; Aftermath of a Defensive Shooting; Laws regarding Concealed Carry and Use of a Firearm for Nevada and Utah; Concealment Modes; Pistol and Holster selection; Drawing from Concealment; Shooting Positions; Aiming and Shooting Technique; Live Fire Qualification

You will receive credentials qualifying you to apply for your Nevada and Utah CCW permit which currently allows you to carry in 36 States.

You will need to bring lunch, snacks, drinks, a firearm w/30 rounds of ammo (unless you're renting ours) and $15 for range fees (paid to the range). Also, if you need hearing and/or eye protection, that can be purchased or rented from the range facility. We will provide water, coffee, some snacks, targets, required paperwork, and a desire to see you succeed!

This class meets the minimum training requirements for Nevada's CCW Renewal. It includes the law refresher regarding carrying concealed in public as well as the live-fire range qualification. Students taking this class will join our full 8 hour new applicant class mid-day.

This class is for anyone new to firearms. This is not a live-fire course. Participants will learn safe gun-handling and storage practices, basic handguns parts, basic ammunition parts and characteristics, how to properly grip a handgun, shooting positions, aiming techniques, and more! We will also teach you how to disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble a handgun. You can bring your own or use one of ours. This is a no-pressure and safe classroom environment with no live-fire.

This class meets the annual minimum training qualification for active and retired LEO's who reside in Nevada to obtain their national CCW. You'll need $15 for range fees (paid to range).

This class meets the 4 hour minimum training requirements for UTAH'S CFP (Concealed Firearm Permit). It includes basic handgun knowledge, safety, storage, marksmanship skills, and the law regarding carrying concealed in public for the State of Utah. You will also receive the Application, a copy of the Minimum Training Requirements, and the proper Certification needed to apply.
