About the company
45-minute weighted workouts. Mondays at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am. Workouts will cover all body parts from upper and lower body to cardio and abs. You are welcome to book all sessions in advance to secure you place or just choose which sessions you wish to attend. The classes work for all ages and ability levels, so come along!Our team
