About the company
At Hendred Estate we have a fabulous 3.5 acre facility for you and your dogs to enjoy - Hendred Hounds.Fenced to 1.9m with secure infield parking for up to three cars, you will be able to drive in and allow your dogs to jump out of the car in a safe environment.Our field also has fresh water, waste bins and poo bags provided. There is a spacious shelter with water for washing off muddy dogs.We recommend calling into the village shop on your way to the dog field for a coffee and pastry or a cold drink and sandwich. Best dog field in local area
Love this field. Well looked after and lovely spot . The only thing that spoilt it is when other user turned up half an hour early and sat in car waiting . Put me off a bit once , but won’t deter me from using it over and over again .

An amazing place!
Such a lovely spot, an enormous field and lots to sniff, (it's a shame other users haven't poo picked). Excellent signage and details of local vets was a great touch. We watched people walking their dogs through the woods and near the field, which for us was great practice for my previously fear reactive dog. The outward opening gate took me by surprise!

Great field
Love this field! Litter and poo bins, warm water and pooch drinking water makes it a cut above the rest. The only thing I would improve is adding some tarp or cover over the bottom half of the fences lining the road in - on two occasions I have had dog walkers walk their dogs next to the fence and my dog is severely reactive so I always keep an eye out. Might be handy to add a sign asking other walkers to stay on the opposite side of the path.

Doggy free play
My dogs absolutely needed this play today and they loved every minute we were there. What a fabulous setup it was a great experience and will definitely keep coming back

Well equipped
Very happy with our first visit and will use again. Well equipped with several poo bins, poo bags, a nice shelter and hose (warm water but that takes a while). Easy to find Only have one negative. I collected up my dogs poo plus two other lots which were nothing to do with me! People who don’t pick up make me really angry. ????No excuses at all. Maybe a few huge signs to remind owners.

Had a great time!
We have 4 Boxers, one is reactive with new dogs, so this was a great & safe place for them all to run off lead. Facilities are superb, including a warm water shower for getting the worst of the mud off, though even on today's rainy visit the field is very well drained. We only came across a few uncollected poops, visitors obviously take care & there are ample waste bins around the edge of the field. Highly recommend, our boys had a really great time.

GREAT DOG DATES VENUE
We have started to use this regularly as a meet up with family members and their mutts. The dogs all have a fab time running about playing ball in a secure and safe environment. We love the shelter when it’s rainy to keep dry while they play and having the shower is an added bonus of taking clean doggies and wellies home. Totally recommend 100%

Happy hounds
I love this field because it is has lots of interest for the dogs - paths & of the beaten track, logs etc. It drains well so doesn’t get very muddy but there is a warm hose for dirty feet. There are plenty of poo bins & I have only rarely come across unpicked up poos. I like the safe parking area - nice to be able to let the dogs out safely when they’re excited!

Fantastic Dog Field
It had everything my dog and I need. Easy to book and pay. Bags and bins available and a shelter with a bench if I prefer to let he explore alone.

First Visit
Our first visit today with our rescue we adopted just last week. Great place for him to run free and practice recall as we get to know one another. A well thought out set up at this secure field and we will most definitely be visiting again. I’ll certainly be recommending this place to others.
