During this time, the participants will learn how to design, create, market and sell their products with the support of a designated Support Worker.
The program assists in transferable capacity building skills such as:
engaging with the community
engaging with peers
money awareness, budgeting and handling
job readiness skills
self confidence
Participants are remunerated for the products and services sold by them in the form of an EFTPOS gift card, or gift card for a store of their choice like Coles or Woolworths, depending on their needs.
