He is currently a coach at the PM studio program at UC Berkeley and also an advisor at Berkeley Skydeck accelerator.

He has held key positions, such as Chief Product Officer at Namshi and MakeMyTrip, and led product teams at Amazon, Swiggy, and Adobe. His expertise spans e-commerce, travel, food tech, technology, telecom, and financial services. Kapil started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey and worked at Capital One Financial. He holds a Computer Science degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
