Improve your wellness and wellbeing with yoga, yoga therapy and mindfulness. Our fast paced lives disconnecting us from ourselves and we are suffering stress, anxiety, depression and many other di-seases because of our heightened state of awareness and our inability to rest and recover before the next onslaught. Find your way back to some degree of normality through a regular and committed yoga practice. Jo is a qualified yoga therapist, teen yoga teacher and is registered with CNHC.
