*****Please read policies before booking any service*****Deposit/ Payments• Deposits are required to complete the booking for any service.• Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. • Deposits will be applied to your service cost.• The remainder of the service cost will need to be paid during appointment date/time.• We do not accept CASH as a form of payment. We have alternate payment methods such as VISA, MASTERCARD, and PAYPAL.Arrival• Please arrive to your scheduled appointment with clean face and/or hair.• Please no outside food/drinks• Please no phones while being serviced.Late Fees/ Cancellations• All clients have a courtesy 10 min. grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment.• More than 10 min. late will result in an additional $20 late fee charge.• More than 20 min. late your appointment will be cancelled and will require a new deposit for booking a service.• No Call/ No Shows are unacceptable and any deposits that were paid for any services will not be refunded. This action will also result in no longer servicing a client in the future. Depending on the reason a client can be reinstated with conditions including but not limited to full service charge up front, double deposits, and/or pay 50 % of missed service cost.• You have 24hrs before service appointment to cancel or reschedule to keep paid deposit.Guests• No kids are allowed.• Client may bring one additional guest to appointment.• Client is 100 % responsible for there guest. The guest will have to conduct themselves in a respectful manner along with respecting the business property and/or equipment. If guest can not adhere to the current policy, they will be asked to leave and not return. If property and equipment has been broken, altered or vandalized the client with be fully responsible for all charges and fees.COVID-19/Monkey Pox• Masks are required during service and will need to completely cover your nose and mouth.• If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms or outbreaks, please refrain from booking any service.• If you have been exposed to COVID-19 and/or Monkey Pox please refrain from booking any service.• Do not schedule if you are sick, I will ask you to leave!• Kash Galore Studio completes routine sanitation of the entire studio before and after each client.Disclaimer• I reserve the right to refuse service to anybody. I also reserve the right to refuse service during servicing if the client cannot conduct themselves in a business setting and becomes a threat to myself and/or business.• A photo/video consent form will be offered at the time of service authorizing the use of a clients before and after service photos/video footage for promotional purposes on social media. You do reserve the right to not consent.• If a client is unsatisfied with the service provided changes can be made prior to the client leaving to help satisfy the client. (First time clients only!) Lets add something extra to your special day. This service is a full face make-up application, 0-2 neutral eyeshadow colors, highlight and contour, mink eyelash strips, eyebrow filler, and neutral matte or gloss lip finish.

(100 % Human hair only!) Closure must be dropped off prior to appointment for plucking and bleaching of the lace knots. Please call during business hours to coordinate time for drop off. Your hair must be 3 inches long for secured braid down.
