To finalize your booking, you are REQUIRED to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. If your Non-Disclosure Agreement is NOT completed 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment, your booking will be CANCELLED!
For your comfort, one additional person may be allowed during the consult including but not limited to family, friends, and business professionals. However, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be REQUIRED for them, and you MUST give written express for that persons’ attendance within 48 hours of appointment time.
You will receive the Non-Disclosure Agreement Form through email 24 hours AFTER you scheduled your appointment. (If you schedule your appointment the day before your appointment, you will receive the Non-Disclosure Agreement Form by the end of the business day).
