About the company

We are a tutor and learning strategist program with a focus on one-on-one, weekly meetings. Our program uses a strengths-based and student-centred approach to emphasize student self-determination. We hire and train UVic graduate students for the roles of tutor and learning strategist. Our program operates in-person at UVic and online.
