Horrible customer service!!! The elderly woman who works the front desk is incredibly rude and argumentative. Unprofessional staff ! After using their online booking system and receiving a confirmation email. I showed up ready to do my taxes . I was told my appointment did not " exist " and I obviously did it wrong . Clearly there is a glitch in their system. I didn't just make it up . I was treated so badly, as if I was inconveniencing them some how . The old woman argued with me and insisted I was wrong ! I walked out upset ! Maybe work on your customer service skills ! Needless to say I'll will never use this company again !

Extreme Wait time

Had an appointment at 6:30 pm. Waited until 9 pm and still wasn't close to be seen. After watching the front desk telling another client that had arrived before me that they needed to be patient with no effort to check with the accountant, I walked out. Unfortunately, some of us have other commitments like daycare and can't wait 3 hours to be seen. They do a decent job on taxes but have no concept of time management or customer service. Not the only accountants around, save yourself the hassle.
