FLAT CONROWS STRAIGHT BACK FOR SEAMLESS INSTALLATION !! THIS IS MANDATORY PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BOOKING IF YOU CANNOT COME FULLY BRAIDED !! ( I am currently looking for a braider which is why it is mandatory to come braided up if you know anyone that would like to apply to being my personal braider and of course they will get paid please contact me through my email or Instagram !! )- NO REFUNDS ! PLEASE TELL ME BEFORE YOU LEAVE WHAT CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE !! I WILL ALWAYS BE CHECKING IN !!- I DO NOT WORK over others work as far as fixing frontals , etc !! * unless I see footage of what actually needs to be revamped then we can discuss what can and cannot be done .- All frontals and wigs must be brought a few days In advance before your appointment date !! . Calculate the day you wanna book in advance !! Example : if you drop the hair off 1 day to a week before your appointment date you are set !! Do not try to bring frontal or closure same day as appointment !! It leads to same day customization which is an additional $25.00 and it is time consuming !! I cannot always do same day so please be mindful ! I want you to have an amazing experience !! Please do not drop hair off the day before an appointment !!- Text me when frontal is ready for pick up or where to drop it off !!! Anymore questions about how this works please text me !!- If you do not want to pick up wig I can ship / drop it off when ready ( $5+ ) Please email or text me after you book in advance !! - 10 min grace period for lateness after 10 minutes +$10 extra !! after 20 it’s $+20 extra !! After 20 minutes your appointment is canceled !!- IMPORTANT : If you forfeit your appointment after you drop hair off and work has started there is no refunds what so ever !! You can of course get the hair back but no refunds are to be distributed !!- If you need hair provided please contact me at least two weeks prior to your appointment!
