Shilpi’s corporate experience includes, Director of Organisational Development at Fairfax Media and Head of Learning and Organisational Development at the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX). She also has extensive consulting experience. During her time at Fairfax Media, she was the Organisational Development Lead for several major transformational change projects including, Activity Based Working, major IT projects and transformation of the Australia Community Media Business. Shilpi has designed and delivered programs covering, accelerated high potential leadership development, senior leadership development, strategic thinking, leading change and team performance with clients from industries including government departments, leading media companies, FMCG, travel and tourism, mining equipment, banking and  finance. Industry Expertise and ExperienceDr Eugene Fernandez has over 25 years’ experience as a consultant, facilitator, coach and senior manager spanning various industries and sectors globally. He has held senior roles in Organisational Consulting and Human Capital including as Company Director and Program Director for Australia’s leading Business Schools, Melbourne Business School, Australian Graduate School of Management, Macquarie Graduate School of Management and the Australian Institute of Management. Eugene is an accredited facilitator and executive coach for the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL). Along with his company specific work, Eugene has held Adjunct Faculty roles with Sydney University on the Masters Organisational Change and Development program, Executive MBA at the AGSM and counselling and coaching within the Graduate Certificate at Sydney Institute of Technology. He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow in organisational development at the International Management Centres Association. He was previously on the board for the Society of Organisational Learning Australia and global forum chair of Action Research and Learning in Organisations.  Eugene has an international reputation for his work in action research/learning. His doctoral research focused on assisting senior leaders in developing their capacity for managing complexity, uncertainty and change through the cultivation of strategic thinking and reflective practice. He is a recognised authority on leadership succession, having contributed to Australia’s current ASX Governance Guidelines as well as researched, lectured and presented on the topic, including with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) where he is a Fellow. More importantly, Ingo is proven in successfully supporting large organisations in the assessment, development and succession of their senior leaders. Previously, Ingo has worked with a leading consultancy where he supported a number of scale leadership development programs and CEO succession processes. Before this, Ingo was a partner of an international leadership development firm since 2009. This followed a 15-year career in investment banking and private equity, including as a senior director for a major European bank. Ingo’s approach is focused on supporting individuals and groups identify and effect behavioural change that aligns sustainable and measurable strategic business success with required leadership capabilities. Much of his work is focused on the evaluation and development of senior executives at CEO level and below, generally with the objective of increasing leadership effectiveness on a sustainable basis. Beginning her career in South Africa, Francesca worked in healthcare, education and financial services, then moved to the UK, contributing as both an internal and external organisational development consultant. Internal roles in organisations have included senior level appointments as Director of Organisational Development, Director Talent Management and Head of Culture and Engagement. She has designed and delivered leadership programs, change initiatives, team development interventions, strategy and vision processes and workshops, executive coaching and large-scale employee engagements. Francesca’s consultancy experience includes a diverse spectrum of industries and international cultures.
