He just gets it
Xavier has been responsive and flexible! I accidentally booked the wrong date on his calendar for a tournament and he got back to me immediately to clarify and confirm. Not only that, but he wasn't scheduled to be at our tournament (in another city), but was willing to make the drive there and back to make it work. He knows the volleyball world, knows how to read the schedules, and understands the game. He's not just another videographer. He is better at filming VB than anyone you could ask for.
