Little disappointed

Car mats got mixed. Had to make a 2nd trip to get the original car mats back. Two of my big recycling shopping bags left in car by mistake have gone - this should not have happened - they should put the bags back. Yes may mistake for leaving them but still.

Dissatisfied

The interior was 8 out of 10. Windshield was covered with grease.. my mats were not put back I had to do it myself. The exterior was worse the rims were not clean and the car was covered in dust. Exterior gets a 6 out of 10.

HORRIBLE COMPLETELY HORRIBLE

I had an appointment for 10:00 AM this morning, I have had my car there for almost (5) five hours and the didn’t do anything. I was initially told it would take (2) hours. I called 3 hours later and was told it would be by end of day seven or eight o’clock at night. I just picked up my can and it was not even looked at in fact it was moved to a different parking spot and they didn’t even lock the doors. This place is a complete joke, why did you take my appointment if you weren’t going to have my car in for the service you claim to perform. I will very much be copying and pasting this on google review. Horrible management and a complete waste of my day!!! NO STARS FOR THIS ONE

2017 Toyota Corolla - Supreme Detailing

The moment I opened the door the aroma was so great it felt as if it’s a brand new car from the dealership. Great attention to detail, throughly cleaned, shampooed and vacuumed. I will surely come back whenever I need detailing done. Hands down the best detailing I’ve ever seen.

Bad experience

first time it was really good experience was outstanding and this time its was worst experience got a premium package for my SUV shampoo my carpet but not proper vacume on all the sides still alot of capret is dirty and particals are there which stain on seat belt are there ajd seats are nit properly clean stains and still there
