About the company

We are the town library of Norwood, MA. We offer a variety of services, including individual technology assistance on everything ranging from setting up a new iPhone to building a simple website. We also offer passport acceptance services, notary services, and even knitting help! You do not need a library card and do not need to be a Norwood resident to use our services- all are welcome.

Stitch doctor appointment with Liz

I really liked the service of stitch doctor appointment. It is helpful especially for the beginners from the start to end of any project. Liz is so helpful and is a very good teacher. She explains each of the step in the project very clear . The interest that she showed on my project made me complete the project quicker and even start the next one.

Passport renewel

I think it is a great service,I felt $25 was too high for the service, you collect $25 from each person no matter what they are doing ,$15 should be charged for a renewel

Excellent service, Excellent people

5 stars to the Norwood Public Library passport service. Timely apppiintments and walk-through assistance cannot be beat. Used twice in 1 week. Thanks so much for the helpful service and patient folks.

Simple, easy, and so helpful!

I was able to book an appointment for Notary Services very easily, and within the time frame I needed it. The staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. It only took 10 minutes, and due to the library's great location, I was able to make copies of the notorized documents and walk to the post office to mail them to their destination.

Easy way to get kid's passport without hassle.

Our experience with the Morrill Memorial Library passport service was great. Our "coordinator" was informative, and patiently explained the process to us. The bonus was that my two young girls could play in a fun, safe area without worrying about them too much.

Great service all around

My family and I went in this weekend to have my son's passport updated. It was so much more pleasant than waiting in the line at the post office which can often take a large chunk of time. We signed up for a new library card afterwards and my 2 & 5 year old loved checking out some books to bring home. I think we'll be here a lot in the future!

Notary Service

Thank you so much for providing this service. I was able to get a same day appointment and was done in 5 minutes. So easy and convenient. Much appreciate being able to have this provided at the library!
