Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to change into your AlterG shorts and setup. Please allow 5 minutes for equipment cleaning after your session (25 minutes equipment use time + 5 minutes cleanup for next appointment).
IMPORTANT: If you have not used our AlterG in the past, please use the "AlterG Initial Session" option for your first session!
You can book multiple sessions back to back if you plan to have an extended workout time (For example two 30 minute blocks back to back = 55 minutes + 5 minutes cleanup)

The AlterG uses special shorts to use the treadmill. We have shorts available to use, but if you plan to use the AlterG for multiple sessions, we recommend purchasing your own (Available through checkout or through the AlterG website).
Scheduling availability for the initial visit may be limited due to staffing.
