Good Behaviour Team
We at Forever Friends Animal Rescue have been consulting Dr Gabrielle and her Team for several years now for many of our rescued dogs and cats. We cannot recommend them highly enough for their compassion and care.

Truly remarkable people and support
We cannot be thankful enough for the great help we have received from staff at the RSPCA! The vet receptionist was so kind and introduced me to Dr. Gabrielle Carter and Dr. Kelene Phoa -who were both so amazing and saved us :) Thank you.

Exceptional help !
Liam has been fantastic! He has given us a better understanding of our cat's behaviours, needs and appropriate solutions. Super helpful for workshopping ideas based off of feedback and is very understanding and non-judgemental about everything. Super lovely and would recommend without any hesitation!!

For the Love of Tommy
Living in the inner city can be quite stimulating for an energetic border collie cross puppy such as my Tommy. Liam has given me valuable understanding of Tommy's responses to his surroundings, which helps me guide him towards being less reactive and more capable of walking with a loose leash. Tommy enjoys his visits to the RSPCA as he loves Liam, the toys and the yummy treats.

Worth every cent!
The staff were so kind and supportive, I felt there was no judgement and nothing but the goal of seeing me and my pet succeed.

Valuable Training
Liam visited to help me with my 3 Rottweiler that have developed a reluctance to be separated. I received some training tips to follow until the next visit.

Valuable training!
Our 6 month old border collie is very smart and bordering on having ocd tendencies. Liam and Dr Kelene have visited twice now and helped us learn to redirect his more obsessive behaviours along with help on leash walking, digging holes and jumping on elderly parents and grandchildren! We have learnt so much and feel confident we are training our dog correctly.

Highly Valuable
My dog Eddie (a foster from the RSPCA who has anxiety issues) and I have met with Liam and Dr Kelene on two occasions, the first for a full assessment and thorough report which was so useful for information and positive behaviour techniques. Liam also demonstrated these during the first session. I then applied these techniques with Eddie over the intervening weeks with success. We then returned to see Liam about 6 weeks later to check in and do a practical walk outside to see how the positive behaviour techniques were working - which was incredibly useful. There is still work for us to do with Eddie, but many thanks to the Good Pet Behaviour Clinic for getting us on the way!! More owners should seek support from a service like this one!

Good behaviour visit
My hubby and I met with Liam and Dr Phoa to work out a plan for dealing with our beautiful staffy Zimi who gets very excited around people and cannot calm down. Liam asked many questions to fully understand our situation & offered advice to help us get the best out of Zimi. I am confident with the help & support we received that we will be able to have Zimi inside with our guests implementing what we learnt today and not have to put her outside as we have had to do in the past
