Hi, my name is Kim, and I’m the founder of, and facilitator for SASONA.
I've worked in the Alternative Health and Wellness industry for over 20 years, and have supported many with their pursuit of health and wellbeing.
My approach is gentle, open and accepting, providing space for each person to 'just be'. Everyone is supported and encouraged to be their authentic selves, to be honest, and to feel and heal on all levels.
