Intro to Power Tools
A garage full of tools, projects wanting to be done, intimidated by the tools and not even basic skills. First met Will at the Burlington Art in the Park event this summer. Signed up for the intro to power tools. Life changing. Will is an excellent instructor who pays a lot of attention to safety. The sessions were informative, relaxed and very enjoyable. Built a bench!! Signing up for the intro to woodworking. Looking forward to getting acquainted with the tools in the garage and starting a project. Thanks Will.

1:1 Mentorship
Watched a bunch of reno shows and Instagram clips then realized before I buy any tools, I better learn how to use it safely. Signed up for Introduction to Power Tools and built a stool. Cool. Now I need a bench for my entrance. Started 1:1 mentoring with William and he helped me with the design and guided me to build it. Next needed some drawers for my kitchen cupboards. 1:1 Mentorship gave all my projects a professional look. So glad I found this place. I always feel like I accomplished something after the 1:1 Mentorship sessions. It is very rewarding.

Completed the Intro to Woodworking
I did the 4 week Intro To Woodworking course this June and it was a very fun and educational experience. We started with rough lumber and went all the way to a finished piece of furniture, using every tool and technique imaginable: planer, jointer, mitre saw, table saw, jig saw, hand saw (I think we did all the saws), router, random orbital sander, glue up, and biscuit joiner... although I'm probably forgetting some other things too.

The first session
I did my first session at Shop Time Studios yesterday. My project is a bed frame and I needed to dimension rough lumber so I could start. I found the booking of the time in the shop to be easy, the power tools worked great and the feedback and assistance given to me by Will to be of great value. I will be back after the glue dries.
