Got me Going!
Coach Bob was great! In my 65 years, I've ridden road bikes and touring bikes (and my first bike, a 1965 Schwinn), but not mountain bikes. I was hesitant, but Bob started me out with the fundamentals and now I'm off and riding! He's knowledgeable and patient - a gifted teacher!

Nothin’ but love!
I have a difficult son (ADHD, Autism, Anxiety etc.) and Sam was over the top incredibly patient and kind with him. He was helpful while shopping for bikes and always available when questions arose. My son has fallen in love with mountain biking and I’m so happy to finally see him find something that makes him happy.

Wonderful Instructors
Coach Jen and Brinley are wonderful! They had the patience to teach our son the basics and found ways to engage him during the lesson! They built trust with him and that gave him confidence to complete the tasks.

Could not be happier!
I just had my first lesson with Dan and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been riding on and off for a few years and within 2 hours, I learned more than I have in those years combined. I’m excited to take what I’ve learned, apply it on the trail and start advancing my training with my coach. Even without leaving the bike park I am feeling much more confident on my bike than I ever have.

Ride leader training
It was helpful for my riding and I think will really help me teach the kids how to ride more safely

Great Knowledgeable and Experienced coaches
The NICA coaching one is great for anyone just getting into mountain biking while also trying to be a coach. Its very beginner level but includes all basic aspects of biking (positioning, braking, cornering) Would definitely recommend for a first time NICA coach.

Great lesson
Another great one-on-one lesson with Dan. This season, we worked on rock gardens. I previously approached these features in survivor mode, so I rode through them not knowing how I did it. Or I just walk my bike. So for this lesson, we learned proper techniques and getting comfortable with them.

Absolutely worth the time
I have been biking for a few years and "learned" from friends. However, after two hours of working with Bob on a Friday afternoon, my husband and I learned that our technique was completely wrong. We went back to basics and Bob coached us for two hours. Fast-forward to Monday morning when we went riding at Corner Canyon, applied everything we had learned, and had a fantastic run. I even set multiple PRs climbing up the mountain and had the best run I've had so far in my biking history. Thanks, Bob!

Great introduction for an older beginner
The adult foundation class was just what this 40-something newbie to mountain biking needed. I was nervous that I would be the oldest and least experienced in the class. That may have been the case, but I didn't feel like it. Everyone from experienced riders to newbies like me learned something. We covered a lot of ground and the three hours flew by. Also shout out to Sam and Bob for their encouragement and the time spent giving us all one-on-one feedback. I'll be back!

Old dog new trick
I have been Mountain biking most of my life. In the last 10 or so years bikes have changed a lot. I bought a new bike 2 years ago and it is longer than any bike I have owned. I watched YouTube, listened to some good advice, and unfortunately some bad advice about how to change my riding style. But, I was still getting sore palms and tired Quads while descending. So, I took a class to see what I was doing wrong. Sam and Bob pointed out what I was doing wrong. They helped me understand how to position my body on the bike. Additionally, they taught me how it should feel so that I know when I am positioned correctly. Best part is they geeked out on the physics of it which appealed to my nerd brain.
