This headshot session is designed for the specific needs of actors. The shoot takes around an hour, in which time we work on posture and expression to give you a variety of final looks through clothes changes and different backdrops to maximise the shoot potential and outreach.
We shoot around 200 images and you select 5 final images for post-production. These are supplied to you in both colour and monochrome as high-resolution digital download files.

Fine-Art Portrait
This session is primarily designed for non-professional use and rather to create a beautiful portrait to be cherished for generations to come.
The session takes around an hour. First I talk you through the shoot so you know what to expect and to help make the shoot a wonderful experience with beautiful results.
We decide on a suitable backdrop from my collection, from hand-painted canvases to various Colorama options. Then we decide on props, seating etc and begin to stage the shoot.
Once you're positioned in the shooting area, I work on the technical aspects of lighting you to your best advantage and then we make art.
During the shoot, I help you with body posture suggestions and I take you through a range of uplifting emotions to bring out the very best in you.
After the shoot, the rest of the process can be done online through email. I process a selection of the best images for you to choose a favourite. I send these as low resolution "proof" files. Your selected image is then retouched and made ready to print.
As framing is such a personal choice, I give you a high resolution digital download file of your image and you can either arrange to print and frame it yourself, or I can assist with that element of the process.
