David is a BSUPA Level 2 trainer. He's also an RYA skipper and MLTB Mountain Leader. After a career as an Army helicopter pilot he re-trained as a coach, supervisor and consultant.

David will meet you at the car park by the Ship Inn in Noss Mayo (PL8 1EW). You'll be expected to be equipped with paddleboard, buoyancy aid, paddle and suitable clothing for the temperature of the water and prevailing weather.
