Conan Hauck
Conan “Rick” Hauck served 12 years in the US Army as a medic. He first was assigned as a platoon medic in the Airborne Infantry, 82d ABN DIV. He then went on to learn Invasive Cardiology, working in the Cardiac Cath Lab. After leaving the military and medicine, he joined the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) where he served 13 years. Rick worked as a Trooper in the Texas Highway Patrol (THP), Agent in both the Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and the Intelligence and Counterterrorism (ICT) Division, and finally as a Sergeant at the Training Academy. He holds a TCOLE Master Peace Officer license, and was a DPS Certified Instructor of Firearms, Arrest and Control Tactics, Physical Fitness, Tactical Tracking, and Swift Water Rescue. Rick graduated Cum Laude from Lamar University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice.
