Employee must be present for the pick up and drop off of the card, as well as the duration of the play.The membership card may only be used during designated time slots. -The pass is valid for a max of 6 people per visit. Visits are limited to 2 hours—no extensionsAll scheduling must be handled internally. Do not book directly with TopGolf—this violates our agreement. Any direct reservations or deposits made will not be refunded by TopGolf or reimbursed by IND/CHC.Card Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM Returns: Due by 10:00 AM the day after checkout. Friday checkout may be kept for the weekend but must be returned Monday.
