She takes a multi-faceted approach to well-being, combining research based, clinically proven health interventions with alternative wellness modalities. Since 2012, Rebecca has been serving individuals and organisations, providing wellness solutions and natural healing strategies for mental, emotional and physical well-being. She teaches the why and how of wellness, equipping people with the practical information they need to take care of themselves in the hectic modern world.
Rebecca is a Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, Functional Diagnostician, Intuitive Counsellor, Transformational Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation Facilitator. She is also a Reiki Healer and YT500+ Yoga Instructor.
