Ellen began cheering over 20 years ago and has been coaching for 11 years! She’s trained on Allstar teams at level 1 – 4 where she won national and international championships. During her time at Loughborough University she coached and competed on the first team consistently winning national and grand champ titles. Here she also coached the second team to their first top 3 title. Ellen has also coached gymnastics and cheer at summer camps in America working with children of all ages and taught collegiate cheer in Australia at Monash university in Melbourne. She loves seeing new athletes gain confidence in their skills as the season progresses and instilling the UC values of inclusivity and hard work whilst seeing athletes of all ages and abilities fall in love with the sport!

Immy started cheerleading at Loughborough University. She represented Loughborough on their All-Girl level 3 and 4 teams as a flyer, as well as being apart of the committee in her second year as the media secretary. The time spent on the Loughborough All-Girls team was very successful having consistently won national and grand champion titles. Previous to cheerleading, Immy competed for GB in gymnastics under the discipline of TeamGym. Beginning at the age of 4 and retiring before attending university at 17. Throughout this Immy worked with recreational and squad gymnasts coaching them to reach their potential but to also have fun.  Immy is looking forward to bringing her expertise in tumbling to the athletes at ultimate cheer!

Amy has a wide background in dance and gymnastics. Amy began Cheerleading at the University of St. Andrews, winning a National Championship title and University Half Blues, while competing in both Group Stunt and Team Squads. Alongside competing Amy was Captain and Coach, she coached the level 2 Squad and level 2/3 Group Stunts. Amy is now coaching our Open Level 1 team, Card Sharks!

I started cheerleading on a Junior level 1 team when I was 12 and got quickly hooked, starting my coaching journey not long after that with Youth level 1. When Bournemouth Elite was founded I joined their Senior Coed 3 team and stayed there for 7 more years, competing on senior levels 1 through 4 and helping to build the Youth and Junior teams, coaching Youth 1 to national champions, and 1 season coaching a Junior 2 stunt group. I love to see athletes grow and gain confidence through tumbling, and having had a cheer injury myself I know how difficult mental blocks can be so I'm a big advocate for mental preparedness as well as drills before skills!

Brodie has been dancing and cheerleading for as long as she can remember, over 20 years now. Over this time Brodie has trained and competed with All Star, University and School teams up to Level 4. Brodie is originally from Australia but has trained and competed across the world in Australia, US, UK & China. In 2018 Brodie 'retired' from Cheerleading and moved from Australia to the UK but the love and passion for the sport was too much and in 2020 she has returned to the Cheer world by joining Ultimate Cheer as an athlete for both cheerleading and pom. Brodie has been choreographing and teaching dance for 10 years and during her time at University she began coaching All-Star cheerleading as well. She has taught a variety of ages and levels from Baby Ballet to Adult Cheer and beginners to seasoned athletes. Her athletes have competed and placed at national levels and has worked with so many athletes brand new to the sport and developed their skills to competition ready, with a specialty in tumble development and dance skills. She loves seeing new athletes develop a love for the sport and build their skills and their confidence throughout the year. She's tried to retire and just keeps coming back because she loves it too much and is so excited to keep coaching AllStar Cheer. Brodie has studied Dance at university and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma of Education both with a speciality in Dance as well as Film, Television & New Media. She has IASF Cheer Coaching Qualification and is DBS (Enhanced) checked as well as First Aid qualified.

Caitlyn has been part of the international cheer community for over 10 years both coaching and as an athlete. Prior to moving to London, she trained in Australia up to 6NT, competing at Virtual Worlds in 2021 and the Cheerleading Worlds in Florida in 2022. Caitlyn has been a coach almost as long as she has cheered and has coached numerous teams to Australian national titles. Caitlyn is known for her positive coaching style and strong focus on athlete development and is very excited to join the team at Ultimate Cheer this year.
