Meet on the field opposite the spa a few minutes before the class begins and remember it is outdoors so please come in attire suitable for the forecasted weather!
Please note that the session is for over 16's only.
Accessibility: Usually our sessions are run in the field but if it rains we will run the session on our yoga decking. If you require a ramp for access onto the decking, please let us know ahead of the session so we can ensure this is set up and ready. For private yoga classes, email us on wildspawowo@gmail.com.
