About the company

If you do not have your NHS number please use the link below:
https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/online-services/find-nhs-number/

To avoid disappointment, please do not turn up to a vaccination centre without your confirmation.  We cannot guarantee you will be vaccinated without a confirmed appointment.  Confirmation is sent by text and e-mail.

Only people that meet the nationally defined criteria can be vaccinated at this time.

These are as follows:

1.    Residents in a care home for older adults and their carers

2.    All those 80 years of age and over and frontline health and social care workers

3.    All those 75 years of age and over

4.    All those 70 years of age and over and clinically extremely vulnerable individuals

5.    All those 65 years of age and over

6.    Adults aged 16 to 65 years in an at risk group

7.    All those 60 years of age and over

8.    All those 55 years of age and over

9.    All those 50 years of age and over or have been contacted directly by your practice

If you do not fall within one of the above groups, or have not been contacted directly from your practice, unfortunately you are not eligible to receive the vaccination at this time.  Your GP Practice will contact you when it is your turn to be vaccinated

If you are not entitled due to age, but you are a frontline health or social care worker or classed as clinically extremely vulnerable, please bring identification with you (for example proof of employer or confirmation that you have been advised to shield due to being clinically extremely vulnerable), to ensure that your vaccination can go ahead as planned.

Booking via this site is only suitable for you if:

You are able to attend the vaccination centre of you own accord i.e. without using NHS patient transport. You do not have any mobility issues that would prevent you being able to make your way through the vaccination centre. All centres are suitable for wheelchair users. You have not had a flu vaccine within 7 days of the date of your appointment.

Please note:
Where essential, a single carer can be accommodated at all vaccination centres, with the exception of the Prestwich centre, however, we would kindly ask where possible for carers to wait outside the vaccination centre due to limited space. At the Elizabethan suite there are some steps to be negotiated, however, a lift is also available.
