Featuring 13 ft. wood beam ceilings, sheer white curtains, modern/industrial details, a clawfoot tub, plants, interchangeable bedding set up, interchangeable swings, decorative throw pillows, a large cognac leather couch, a real brick accent wall, and a black board and batten wall. Gorgeous natural light from 8am-4pm.

1) The clawfoot tub is a prop only and CANNOT be filled with water. If you fill the tub with water, glitter, flowers, etc. you will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $100. 

2)  Both swings have a weight capacity of 300 lbs. Please do not place weight over the limit on either swing to avoid damage/injury.

3) DO NOT MOVE THE CLAWFOOT TUB IN THE LIFESTYLE LOFT, no exceptions. If the tub is moved, the renter is subject to a minimum damage fee of $100.

4) We DO NOT PROVIDE the photographer or the photos. The booking is only for the space/room.
