Micropigmentation has been a gift to so many men and women struggling with hair loss, and hair loss in the most sensitive areas: the face and hair. AYA is now offering Scalp Micropigmentation, 3D Microblading, 3D Microblading + Ombre' semi-permanent makeup applications, as well as Lip Liner and Eye Liner permanent makeup applications...AY & ASSCOCIATES, LLC., is a Coaching, Wellness, and Consulting firm that believes that, "Positive Change Matters..." We encourage self-discovery, self-love, and the pursuit of positive change. We have several programs that support professional and personal life coaching. We also have several new and innovative Wellness services like Mindfulness and Microblading. All AYA services are created to support the positive change in our clients and the community.

Arnetta Yardbourgh is the President and Owner of AY & ASSCOCIATES, LLC. (AYA) a Coaching, Wellness, and Consulting firm that believes that, "Positive Change Matters..." Arnetta had a strong plight to encourage self-discovery, self-love, and the pursuit of positive change. What began as several programs that supported Professional and Personal Life Coaching, transitioned into Wellness Initiatives that supported the interior and exterior of individuals and organizations. Impressed by a service that supported confidence and emotional wellbeing in her female clients, Arnetta embraced offering 3D Microblading, Semi & Permanent Make-Up services for her clients.. All AYA services are created to support the positive change in our clients and the community.
Brow'd Up by AYA are services provided under our Wellness Initiatives. How does semi-permanent and permanent make-up fall under a wellness initiative? We're happy to share that sometimes our outer beauty has the opportunity to mask the inner issues that many face as we deal with stress, age, autoimmune conditions like Alopecia and often experiences we've never had. There are large population of women living without eyebrows or have lost them because of generational mistreatment. The semi-permanent and permanent make-up services offer our clients an opportunity to enhance those areas on their face (brows, eyeliner, lips, beauty marks, etc...) that could potentially be that positive change they seek!
We'd also like to mention that we offer also offer Professional and Personal Life Coaching services that could support the "other" areas of our lives. No matter if you're a client or the Service Provider from another firm, there are great programs on hand to support your professional and personal growth. We look forward to servicing you...

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP)
Scalp micropigmentation or SMP is semi-permanent tattoo technique which creates the look and appearance of hair follicles on individuals experiencing hair loss or thinning. For partial hair loss, the look can achieve the appearance of fuller hair as the scalp is not a visible beneath what hair remains. SMP is a great option for men and women.
The SMP treatment takes a minimum of 2 treatments and is done with a specialized tattoo machine.
