Many years of knowledge and training are combined with the concept behind this unique winter spa. We offer a comprehensive range of sports and wellness treatments. The wellness treatments will rejuvenate your mind and body, after a hard day on the slopes. Our customized sports therapy sessions, aim to speed up recovery time and protect against injury, resulting in better performance on the slopes. Karine Rogers
Karine, complete a Bachelors Degree in Physiology in UCD, Ireland. She followed this with a Masters in Physiotherapy in Northumbria University, UK. Karine spent the first five years of her career working in various sports injury physiotherapy clinics in Singapore. She gained invaluable experience working with professional and recreational level soccer players, rugby players, skiers, triathletes, ocean paddlers, crossfit enthusiasts and boxers. She worked at a variety of International level rugby events which demands excellent acute injury management skills as well as concussion management. In 2018, Karine then moved to Japan to set up her own business on the International Ski resort of Niseko. Her experience in a wide variety of sports has developed her understanding of movement-related sports injuries, as her area of special interest. She believes in the importance of educatingher patients on injury prevention. Her treatments are based on scientific evidence and best practice.
