This class is a gentle breath-based movement vinyasa, accessible to most.  It involves very little wrist action and takes the Chaturanga (high to low push-up) out of the step-back sequences.  It is a well-rounded practice containing warm-up, wrist free step-backs, standing balancing, core work, back bending & supported poses. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.  For warm classes you may also want to bring a small towel. *As a courtesy, we request that you plan to arrive at least 10 min prior to class start time.  **Pre-registration is required.  All classes and class pass purchases are non-refundable if cancelled less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled class.
