Breathe is a full spectrum yoga studio, offering a wide variety of classes, serving all of Cecil County located in the quaint downtown of North East, MD. Owner and lead yoga instructor, Andrea Boulden, has 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and 1000+ hours of yoga teaching experience.  Andrea's hands on approach to teaching enables her clients reach their personal yoga goals.

    Clarity and Instruction

    am so impressed with the technical as well as spiritual guidance I experience in every class. The instructors are able to suggest adaptations to poses to accomodate each body in the room. I always leave rclass feeling renewed and centered.
