From the 8th April, this class will be covered by Alex, whilst Jodie is on Maternity leave.

A relaxing and invigorating class aiming  to move fluidly between postures, improve posture, balance and strength. Connecting the breath to movement and encouraging freedom of movement throughout the whole body. Practice always ending with a full body and mind relaxation.

1-2-1 sessions can be used as a gentle introduction to help beginners on their yoga journey or perhaps you might have an injury or health issue you would like to address.

Each session is all about you and what you want to achieve, be it

1-2-1 Sessions start from £30 per hour and take place in your own home.

Week-end céramique. Samedi et dimanche.

Cours hebdomadaire. Engagement sur 10 séances (un trimestre) ou sur un an (30 séances).

Travail du plâtre, réalisation de petites séries en porcelaine de coulage, coloration de la terre et des couvertes.

Apprendre différentes technique de modelage; tour, plaque, colombins, estampage. Fabriquer ses émaux pour grès et porcelaine.
