Creative studio rental: 

  $40 per hour  

  $50 per hour during Mid-November thru end of January 

Non-refundable $15 deposit per hour booked  for all bookings 

Please plan for set up/cleanup to happen within in your booking time. Additional fees will apply if your session runs over. Best option is to book additional time if you think you may go over. 

General Rules

No smoking of any kind inside or outside the studio. No illegal drugs. No alcohol without prior permission

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and other items can be moved as long as they are returned to their original place.

Smoke machine allowed

Housekeeping

Don't be a jackass. Its simple. Clean up after yourselves and your cilent's. Be respectful to the space.

You will be charged a clean up fee if I have to clean up after you.
