Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic. 

Mondays: 7:30pm-8:30pm The choreography is taught over two weeks with filming at the end of the second week. Week 1 - Technique and Choreography Week 2 - Final Choreography and Time to film All Levels are welcome. We recommend that you: Bring Water Wear comfortable clothing you can move/bend in easily Bring Kneepads (just in case there is floor work) Wear heels that have ankle support (boots) you feel comfortable walking in (any height or heel type is fine!)

Mondays: 7:30pm - 8:30pm This is for a weekly drop in session, the choreography is taught over two weeks with filming at the end of the second week so we would recommend that you book the 2 week session but if you cannot commit to two weeks, please feel free to drop in! 'Chi'Lettos is a combination of sassy, sexy movements performed in a heeled shoe. All levels are welcomed.

Power Hip-Hop is energetic, strong and mirrors a pro-dance style.

IsoSmooth Hip Hop involves isolation movements that are fun and powerful, transitioning to smooth movements.
