1-hour class focused on increasing cardio capacity, strength and total body awareness through functional movements.  To ensure that you progress safely and at your own pace every session includes 1:1 technique coaching led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

1-hour class dedicated for 13-17 year olds.  This class helps teens to build starting strength, develop their movement patterns and flexibility and follows an adapted version of the main CrossFit class.

To ensure every participant progresses safely each session is led by John, our CrossFit certified trainer and British Weightlifting coach.

This class is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your body, and more importantly, MAKE FITNESS FUN by using stations. You will get a full-body workout utilizing functional and dynamic movement patterns. This class incorporates a dynamic warm-up, strength training, bodyweight conditioning and mobility.

Cancellation must occur within 12 hours of booked class for class to be rescheduled. If a cancellation doesn't happen within the 12 hours a charge of  $15 will be applied to the account.

Con la asistencia de uno de nuestros monitores podrás escalar por diferentes paredes del rocódromo del modo más sencillo y seguro. Todo el material necesario, cuerda, arneses, asegurador, está incluido, así como los pies de gato, que son el calzado especial que te permitirán tener mayor adherencia en la pared. Actividad de 1 hora de duración, se requiere un mínimo dos personas. Precio: 25 € por persona. Edad mínima 6 años.

Curso individualizado de escalada donde podrás comenzar a aprender los principios básicos de la escalada deportiva. Equipo necesario y material, nudo de encordamiento, escalada y aseguramiento en top rope. Actividad para un máximo de 4 personas. Incluye todo el equipo y material necesario. Edad mínima 6 años.

Curso individualizado de escalada de 2 horas de duración, donde podrás comenzar a aprender los principios básicos de la escalada deportiva así como técnicas básicas de la escalada en bloque o bouldering. Equipo necesario y material, nudo de encordamiento, escalada y aseguramiento en top rope, técnica de chapaje de cintas y falso primero. Actividad para un máximo de 4 personas. Incluye todo el equipo y material necesario. Edad mínima 6 años.
